The best solution to the cigarette butt waste problem is for smokers to quit.

    Haha... Quiting corporate made cigarettes certainly would make things easier. The Igorot people that I lived with had a long tradition of cultivating tabaco, and smoking-- but had not acetate pollution issues til large companies began selling them 'cigarettes'. Thanks!
