NEPROF is faced with some problems and some proposed solutions that can improve the organization

Mr Nkwenti of NEPROF teaching interns how to remove plastics from water: Step 2
As explained by the Coordinator of the NGO Mr. Nkwenti, he said there are several problems some of which include;
 The problem of collection since they collect their materials manually. As a solution people could be sensitized to gather these plastics bottles and keep them and the members of this NGO pass and collect with the help of vehicles if made available and this will reduce stress in collection save time and increase productivity.
 Again he talked on the problem of toxic substances put in these plastic bottles which the recyclers bear risk in opening and recycling such containers since these toxics substances may be very dangerous.
 Lack of materials for the production process such as melting pot, crushing machines. This is because of lack of sponsors. To solve this the government should sponsor this NGO so as to reduce the effects of plastic waste pollution in our environment and also increase productivity of this NGO.


All these plastics were removed from the stream by the interns
