The local government in Boracay should have made a Sewage Treatment Plant in the first place. It's a necessity for an Island. I'd like to see what will they do to clean this mess up.

I wonder if they have EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) document, coz if they do, why did this calamity happen to the island, it's quite sad how a very fascinating place turns out like this :(
