There is no debate, EOS is not centralized at all.

When this topic is discussed, people merely focus on the block production, EOS takes it even further with the governance and voting system in which ALL token holders participate. That is as decentralized as it gets.

If people wa​nt to look at block production as an excuse to say EOS is centralized, then this infographic says it all

Mining pools own the other block chains, not individuals. That is my 2 cents anyway.
