Problems with EOS and Metamask - Confirmation Box Not Appearing

Hi all.
I'm trying to get some EOS tokens. I have chrome, Metamask and I'm logged in at https://eos.io/distribution/

I hit 'Get EOS Tokens.
I enter the value of ETH I want to transfer, then I hit 'Send ETH'

but nothing happens.... it just hangs on this screen:

I have tried closing the broswer and restarting, I have turned off all adblockers etc, I have waited 2 hours in case it pops up, but nothing.

Anyone else having this issue?
