Nope, I just checked the distribution on the official EOS website at https://eos.io/distribution/, it matches. 651,902.17 Ether was contributed in the first window (5 days long), which is about 160 million USD.
Maybe if you count all the contributed Ether across all 360 windows, you would get the 367 million USD you mentioned.
