EOS Nation Ambassador Feels Nice
That’s me in the corner. That’s me in the spotlight... HODLing my convictions.
Yes I make jest but ’tis true — I do indeed try to stick with cryptos I find worthy of making a positive change in the world at large, ones that are tied to decentralization and giving power back to us — the people.
EOS just so happens to be at the top of my list of crypto flavors — let’s say it’s a Belgian Dark Chocolate in a bowl of Nestle’s Milk Chocolates.
So who the hell am I to make such silly assertions?! Glad you asked — please allow myself to introduce myself… I am the man who needs no introduction. Ok, I just always wanted to use that somehow and this was my chance, sorry it was you who suffered, my fine reader ;-)
I’ve been following the blockchain in some regard since 2013, right after I sold my [web design & development firm (http://onwired.com) . Of course I, like many others, was reluctant to invest in this digital coin of tomorrow land, and chose other physical assets to invest my fine fiat currency. Fast forward 4 years and my physical assets are worth a whopping SAME AS WHEN I BOUGHT THEM!! So I did what we all did — I sold that shit and went all in on cryptocurrencies.
Having spent over 20 years in the web technology field, I’ve found many similarities between the late 90’s web gold rush to today’s blockchain rush. The implications of this wave appears to have the possibility to evolve mankind/humankind into our next evolution; picking that virtual baton up, the one the WWW laid bare to our corporate overlords, and hauling ass!
After having said all that, I’d like to thank the EOS Nation for having me aboard their vision of growing this awesome EOS community. I plan to use my newly minted Ambassadorship to spread the good word at my local Bitcoin/Blockchain Meetups in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. I will evolve the topics and meetings into EOS specific conversations, knowledge sharing, and speakers. One hopes to mesh a local community of entrepreneurs, developers, designers, and marketers to help bring ideas to life here in the Research Triangle Park.
Looking forward to where this Multi-Billion dollar EOS ship travels.
Converse with me, yell at me, or just have fun on Twitter @AltcoinBob
Congratulations @bobmalooga, I'm also an EOS AMBASSADOR
