Funny thing about China is they can't make up their minds about crypto.

On the one hand, they ban the sh*t out of it, banning exchanges, OTC trading, crypto meetups, etc. Then on the other hand, they rate them and tacitly approve of certain less decentralized coins like EOS, but without fiat gateway and exchanges, it's hard to do much with crypto.
