Transparency and the health of the EOS Network is paramount in our beliefs as a Block Producer and supporter or EOS. Because of this, we have decided to disclose our Ownership Model, Member Owners and Code of Conduct. Cypherglass is a 100% member owned LLC. We do not have funding or share the interests of anyone, other than the members listed below.

Our Code of Conduct:

1. Cypherglass will adhere to the EOS Network Constitution & Block Producer Agreement
2. Cypherglass will disclose all owners to the public
3. Will remain independent from other Block Producers, including DAC based Block Producers
4. Cypherglass pledges to uphold community voted arbitration and maintain transparency and silence during any case.
5. No owner of Cypherglass will pay for votes, including personal favors and bribery, or collude for votes under any circumstances.
6. Cypherglass will always strive to set a higher standard in the best interest of the EOS network and community.

Please note: Owners of the Cypherglass, LLC have sold all of their EOSDac tokens prior to the launch of EOS. Future Airdrops from other Block Producers will be disclosed and sold following those transactions.
