This can exclude centralization of infrastrcuture in AWS, Azure and other cloud infrastructure providers.

3. Scaling plan

We have experience building high load web apps maintaining more than 10mln requests per day. So we want to build flexible infrastructure that balancing between several locations and cloud services. More information we will provide later.

4. Community Benefit Projects

Meetups & dApps Advisory
We host regular blockchain meetups (1-2 times per month) for blockchain developers where developers share their vision and ideas, talk about technical development solutions and so on. We’ve already talked on our EOS meetup about creating dApp on EOS platform. Our goal is to incorporate this theme into our developers community talks.
Hackathons
Once elected, we will begin organizing EOS hackathon in Eastern Europe.
Education
We’ve partnered with main Russian academia institutes (such as MSU, MIPT, RANEPA) and we help to create blockchain courses in these universities. We want to add in these courses special lessons about EOS blockchain as one of most promising solutions for creating dApps.
