On which exchanges will Token EOS appear after the end of the ICO?
And most importantly - in what pairs will it be sold? Tolkio paired with ethereum? Or it can be bought for both bitcoin and Fiat?

My guess by the chats in telegram and slack EOS is going to be listed in bitfinex after the end of ICO. If you are aware of bitfinex they do cryptos with fiat ( not all of them though ) with this being said i can imagine EOS is being traded with BTC and ETH pairs as well as fiats looking at listings of bitfinex previously.
Again, this is my guess based on my experience with bitfinex and conversations on telegram.
