EOSCUBE BP finances and transparency:
We will maintain operational independence. We won't directly manage or run more than one block producer in any single EOS.IO block chain. We will also keep the transparency of the operating team, shareholders and finance. The independent third party audit institutions are required to audit the finance of the block producer each year, and the financial statements after the audit are open to all the members of the community.

2 - Position on Dividends (The sharing of Block Producer inflation rewards with unaffiliated voters, AKA "vote buying.")
We solemnly declare that we shall never buy votes from voters or support exchanges with the other parties on voting. Nor does the fund allow any transaction to be voted on with the members of the community in any way.
