EOS Telegram Summary 2/26/18 - "Stay Tuned" to Scatter and Block Producer Voting

EOS general chat is always a good place to start as a token holder. It is possible, though not confirmed or counted, that the EOS.IO Governance channel may have had posted more words today than EOS general chat. Though the userbase is at 571 compared to general chat's nearly 35k, members in EOSIO Governance are a passionate bunch and often have some interesting conversations.
