  • Block.one tweeted a welcome message to Ethereum of adopting Web Assembly. The tweet said, "Great to see projects adopting the same virtual machine as EOSIO; Block.one announced use of WASM at the start of the development due to its ability to unify developers, bringing us a step closer to our vision."

  • BM replied to the question about WPS. He indicated that socialized justice is not a good idea. In response to the question raised from the telegram group: "You did leave BTS due to the WPS funding issue yes?", He replied that people didn't want to support developments due to the fear of inflation. Also he said that WPS could be useful with "unique identity".

BPs' News

EOSPark launched EOSPark SEC with SlowMist Technology and Kownsec. This is a display platform of EOS smart contract security information, with the aim to publish necessary smart contract security information through the joint cooperation among developers/projectors and security vendors, so that users can be better assured when using EOS contracts.

LiquidEOS and Bancor will work together and launch Bancor contract on EOS. Bancor contract will allow users to buy and sell EOS tokens directly on the blockchain; with no deposits, no central servers storing users' tokens, and no need to match buyers and sellers. The Bancor Protocol facilitates smart contracts which provide instant liquidity to all EOS tokens on the network. Since Bancor does not hold user funds, users will still be subject to receiving all EOS airdrops.

MyWish lowered the threshold for deploying EOS contracts. MyWish has launched a simple EOS contract deployment tool. Users can deploy a smart contract by selecting the contract type on MyWish, entering the basic information and using EOSISH purchased on the exchange to pay the creation fees.

Community Governance

EMAC supported EOS New York's proposal for "Free Market Dispute Resolution". EOS NewYork currently writes code for the upcoming dispute resolution proposal for feedback. EMAC recently discussed this in a video conference. EMAC responded as follows:

① EMAC fully endorses EOS NewYork's key points on Free Market Dispute Resolution and will support EOS NewYork's relevant work.
② EMAC proposes to develop a framework for a dispute resolution mechanism. Under this framework, detailed implementation by the arbitral tribunals will ensure that the arbitral institutions and arbitrators have the greatest freedom of discretion.
③ EMAC is in favor of "registering the arbitral tribunal or / and registering arbitrators on the designated EOS chain" as a necessary condition for EOS arbitration, and hopes to set a certain threshold and a general evaluation standard, and to select excellent arbitrators and arbitration agencies through the free market competition mechanism to serve the EOS ecosystem.
