The winners of Africa Virtual EOS Hackathon are announced, they are:

• TEAM B-TAX
• Ubuntu Energy Ledger

Above three team will be joining at the Grand Finale in Cape Town.  

Block.one CTO Dan Larimer and President Rob Jesudason will both be on the panel of judges at the EOSHackathon in San Francisco.

EOS New York releases a tool that shows you how many times you can transact on EOS given your staked EOS tokens. The tool helps token-holders learn about resource management on EOS, display the average costs of various actions on-chain, and how many of those actions their account is capable of.

 

Introducing comprehensive ledger support, EOS42 announces a security solution to allow EOS users to use Ledger hardware wallets to sign their transactions. The security plan is provided by an independant deverloper known as "altShiftDev". 

 

EOSeoul announces the world's firts EOS VR game launch. More details will be revealed at the EOSHackathon in San Francisco. 

 

EOS referendum nearing public beta, there will be another go/no-go vote on October 30.

Link Foundation releases the first Bridge Report. The Report aims at sythesizing the trending BP developments and current community sentiment. Link Foundation will release the report in  both Chinese and English version. Japanese and Korean version now are also available, thanks to the communiy efforts. 

Bancor releases its October Updates. BancorX will enable decentralized token conversions on EOS as well as cross-chain conversions between Ethereum and EOS-based assets.
