Just to add to roshania's question - moving your private key from MetaMask to MyEtherWallet allows you view your ether wallet (including tokens) which will then enable you to move your tokens somewhere else, for example to an exchange where you can trade them. If you can't see your tokens you might need to add them. The token distributor usually provides instructions but its pretty straightforward. Good luck
