Can the BP's really change any transaction in the chain? It sounded like any transaction being arbitrated could be reversed. My concern is about personal wallets holding tokens, can the tokens be moved from personal wallets that are NOT being arbitrated in a dispute? This is a huge deal and I would love any clarity on this. Thanks!

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
