eos crowdsale ... how to claim tokens..

A friend of mine participated in eos crowdsale.. ( I bought them on bitfinex to avoid complexity) ..

So, long story short, he has stuck on claiming tokens.. here's one of the three transactions.. failed due to out of gas..
