I'm not completely convinced a Constitution would be necessary, or desirable. Though, I have suggestions if implemented

  1. Use modern day language. No need for nostalgia style writing.
  2. Dump everything regarding "life" and "liberty". This is a blockchain, not a governing body. It can secure property, but beyond that it really doesn't have authority or power.
