Newdex claims to be the first exchange running on EOS. They have price feeds for most of the major airdrops already completed. Volumes however are still very thin so I'm taking them with a grain of salt for now. You can use the exchange if you connect to them using Scatter. I am cautious however and have not used it yet. Its new and I don't want to be the first one shot going through the door...plus on their main page, in big bold letters, they spelled "decerntralized" wrong, so yeah, still early times...but hey, its progress.
