EOS might be a scam?

There has been some kind of controversy and optimism in EOS. But is it really going to deliver? Or has anyone really read the terms of service when they went into buying the tokens? This video might help give some insight.

      Thanks for such a solid analysis of this ICO.
      I think this also deserves a proper response from the EOS folks. Specifically what will happen to the EOS token? Other projects such as MaidSAFE have offered a token exchange when they release a separate token/protocol/Blockchain.

        I've been looking to buy some EOS but this just doesn't seem right.
