So am I correct if the registration deadline is at 21:59:59 UTC and the token freeze is at 22:59:59 UTC?

I am confused because of the change in this post from block one:
https://block.one/news/important-notice-for-address-registration/

edit: I figured it out, it's the other way around. Distribution ends on 1st of June at 22:59:59 UTC, and Registration ends with the freeze on the 2nd of June at 21:59:59 UTC, which is exactly 23 hours after the end of distribution.
