EOS has had a rocket of a ride in recent times during this most recent bull run and I don't think it is going to stop anytime soon. A further initiative is the EOS Hackathon that is currently running which is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older.
From their website:
The EOS Global Hackathon series is a
first-of-its-kind event in the world of blockchain, and serves Block.one’s goal of supporting of a decentralized global community from the ground up. Get involved and you will be joining hackers, product developers, marketers, and business leaders in creating a new wave of blockchain dApps that secure life, liberty, and property.
From June through the end of 2018, Block.one will be hosting a series of initiatives designed to find and give a platform to the most visionary architects of decentralization out there.
Four in-person events will be followed by a Grand Finale Pitch Competition that puts the best applications under the spotlight. Travel stipends will be awarded for projects with built-in community involvement, so we encourage participation from all corners of the globe.
You can get your tickets to the Sydney Event for $10 a ticket here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/eos-hackathon-sydney-tickets-44895627029

Waoo..this is an opportunity that no one should allow to just crawl by, first it was just the coin making waves and now the whole EOS community is involved...thank you for giving us the opportunity to be better. To be truthful, for a long while now, steemit has been the best thing that has happen to me. And more doors keep getting open. Expect my entry soon.
