Where is OPEN.EOS?

Why hasn't OpenLedger created an OPEN.EOS UIA to trade on BitShares yet?  Am I missing something?

    Maybe head to the Telegram channel and ask Ronnie. He's been asked a few times with no answer, the more people bug him the better.
