I wanted to write this post a few weeks ago when they worked like this but today they did it again. Its a standard nobody else has this days..

So i had some deposit missing. Have a look.

        Most of the times having great support means running a great business. Too bad not a lot of exchanges realise this. Sooner or later, they will pay the price.

            Holy shit having these times answering a ticket it's insane...

            Most exchanges tooks hours to answer something critical.

                That's really good customer service. I just had the exact same problem (a deposit not showing up but being confirmed on the blockchain) with Allcoin exchange but it took like a day to be resolved.
