EOS.IO Development Update

Great work and progress Dan!.. We are truly waiting for EOS to change the world.

Can Dan or anyone help me to get this question answered?

How does the precise mechanism of registering on eos website of the erc20 addresses holding eos tokens work? Does that mean once you register your erc20 tokens, they are locked and cannot be moved or sold? If not, it is highly possible that someone could register their eos-erc20 tokens and sell them to someone else which would be kind of worthless for the buyer. Or if someone registered their erc20 tokens and sold them how would you handle the registration done by the new erc20 holder which may be on a different address altogether. Alternatively, I may move my erc20 tokens from one ethereum address to another, and do I need to reregister each time with eos.io?.. all this kind of confusing and if someone can explain the mechanics of how this works by a steemit post or explain in short words as a respone, it would b greatly helpful.

Also does anyone know if the IQ airdrop folks are taking snapshot of the erc20 token addreses or are they taking the list from the addresses that are only registered with eos.io?
