Life can throw a lot of problems your way.
It is important to be able to adapt and adjust when (not if) problems hit.
Sometimes they are very difficult. Sometimes you wonder if you'll keep going.
However, we can learn a lot from what the United States Marine Corps advocates to "Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome."
In this video I share with you live from a hotel how I adapt and some lessons I've learned from riding a unicycle. This is something that can help you in many ways. It is something you can do to make your life better even when it gets tough.
I also share some lessons from the great stoics like Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, and Epictetus. We can learn a lot from these masters of living life to the fullest from the old Greek and Roman days.
