I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become all consumed with dying and within this go into a paranoia of not having long left to do what I need to do regarding process and within this go into fear of ‘its too late’ for me and panic that I need to get my ass in gear.
I forgive myself that I haven’t seen/realised and understood how I am creating this fear through a belief that I am not good enough and within this I believe that I won’t make it and that when I die I will have to walk my process on the other side, in my life review and this then is a scary prospect to me.
I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to give myself the chance to walk my process in absolute self honesty of who I am in every moment, and that I have proven this to myself thus far in how I have changed.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a belief within and as me that I am separate to life and that life is something that is to be attained and within this I won’t have the stamina to get it done. I forgive myself that I have been living the word life as Separate to me, and within this making my birthing of life from the physical more like an uphill battle at times. I see/realise and understand that I am already the substance of life and life is here, I just have to self forgive, stand and live it.
I forgive myself that I have been avoiding and suppressing looking at death and as part of life and when I consider it I can’t see that it can ever happen to me, I see/realise and understand how I find it difficult to accept because I am fearful of how I live - and within this I commit myself to birth the best version of myself in support of myself and others, so that my life and who I am within it stands for something that nurtures and cares for this world, and then when I step into my death process there will be no fear, as within this I know that I did my best in self honesty. !
