My english is so bad or Bleutrade.com support is making fun of me?

Help me understand the situation. Below are screenshots of communication support Bleutrade. Statements related to the situation when the digital cryptocurrency ERC has the same designation for two different protocols :(

Prehistory:
Like many fans of bitcoin I use coinmarketcap.com to follow the price altcoins. When some altcoin increases in the price is the ability to earn arbitrage between exchanges. The same happened a few weeks ago with EuropeCoin (ERC) which is traded on the two exchanges Bleutrade and Bittrex...

The first contacting support:

Next set the ticket after a preliminary somehow became closed:
part 1

part 2

Peel of any response ...

PS:

  1. At present Bleutrade is warning customers about the incompatibility of different versions of the ERC coins, maybe my reference in some way contributed ago.
  2. I lost a few coins for intentionally made to verify the transaction knowing that I can lose money working with little-known ERC (EuropeCoin). But I could lose 0.124 btc, for me is a significant amount. That is why such an attitude Bleutrade-support to me even more was unacceptable and offensive.
  3. Be careful when working with little-known altcoins and exchanges

UPD:
My renewed response to support

Let me get this straight... you bought EuropeCoin on bittrex thinking you could do arbitrage on bleutrade. But you sent it to the address for Eurocoin on bleutrade, and then you're asking bleutrade why they never credited your account?

And the confusion is because Europecoin and Eurocoin are both abbreviated ERC?

My mistake ((I really did not properly signed the first ticket confusing name ((This is just for Europecoin. But the appeal on its designation - ERC I wrote right ... I bought the ERC on bleutrade to sell on bittrex. Then there was not any warning that the coin called ERC is different on these two markets. Now continue this coin with different protocols (v2 i v3) as stated in the same coinmarketcap - http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/europecoin/#markets

Well, not much you can do about it now. You bought the coin, and then sent it to a uncontrolled (nonexistent) address, destroying it. One way to prevent this in the future is to send a tiny amount first and verify that it went through before sending a larger amount.

I still sometimes did so, but now always checked ... thank that helped me understand
