Can Tokens Of Gratitude (TOGA) Be Used To Build A Community Of Sharers?

Have you ever heard of a health share plan? Health sharing plans are primarily Christian organizations where members contribute monthly to pay each other's medical bills. Typically the active members have their contributions placed into a share box which then gets distributed to another member's share box who has an active medical bill. The concept of sharing plans is amazing and could be great for a decentralized model sharing tokens. I created the TOGA specifically as a tool for expressing gratitude. That expression of thanks could be incorporated into a share plan or just used between individuals. Some ideas I've had relate to helping people with medical costs or student loan debt.

What Tokens Of Gratitude (TOGA) are ERC20 tokens exchanged over the Ethereum Blockchain. Anyone with a token compatible Ethereum wallet can receive and send TOGA tokens. This is not a business proposal, but a proposal to build a community of thankful people. 

Why:

TOGA are a tool to facilitate personal expressions of gratitude. Sending Tokens Of Gratitude to someone is a sign of thanks and appreciation. It is our opinion that the world would be a better place if more of us expressed gratitude to others.
