Künstliche Erbeben zu Kriegszwecken durch ENMOD seit 1978 verboten

Gut, dass künstliche #Erdbeben zu #Kriegszwecken durch #ENMOD verboten sind, sonst würden kranke schwarzmagische Schadmentalitäten DAS auch noch machen!?

Obwohl sich verschiedene Staatschefs in diese Richtung bereits vehement geäußert haben. #Watergrabbing per atmosphärischen "gesteuerten" Manipulationen, ist heute ja gut bekannt. Da kann man als Militär schon mal in Versuchung kommen, ein Land absaufen zu lassen. Solche enormen Schäden könnte man sonst nur mit schwerem Bombardement anrichten.
