I had to scroll down fast before hitting the target Amy! Lol!
I guess its in the NSFW category? I don't know.
But there are whales who flag posts that's out of the Steemit category. Have you experience that?
I hope not.
But you did your writing pretty nice with an awesome descriptive style.

I do not think this post is NSFW, visually speaking. Love the Trump meme.

I have a GIF program on my Ubuntu computer. I know people normally make memes via websites. That is good to an extent but I prefer not relying too much on external forces.

Yep. Sometimes I couldn't handle it myself, so I need some external supports. I guess 1 force is much less better than 2 forces or many arrays of forces. But there is also 1 single force that's more than and much powerful than many forces combined. Which is which? lol!
Anyways, few years ago I was planning to change from windows to open source like Ubuntu. I have here actually the old cd of Ubuntu, a read color, I don't know if its still working. I just kinda afraid to change. Is it possible, with two OS on my computer? windows and ubuntu?

Yes, you can have more than one operating system (OS) on your computer at the same time (dual boot). I've done it. There are videos about how to do it. You can Google it. You can Duck Duck Go it. I can tell you about how to do it. You can put Ubuntu into Windows or next to Windows on your computer. There are programs, like virtual emulators, these apps, that you can download onto your computer, onto Windows, and then use it to install Ubuntu on top of Windows, like inside of Windows, or you can Dual Boot. Better yet, you can buy a 10 GB thumb drive, and put an OS on there.
Partitions
You can download a Partition Editor. You can use the editor to create partitions. If you don't know, a hard drive is like your house and a partition is like a room in that house. So, you could maybe get Windows in one room (partition) and Ubuntu in another room. The easiest way to learn how to do this, or that, is to begin with trying to install Ubuntu onto an external hard drive, a pen drive, AKA USB thumb drive, AKA flash drive. There are different flavors and versions of Ubuntu you can try. There is Mint. There is Xubuntu and Lubuntu and Kubuntu and Ubuntu and more. I prefer Ubuntu Mate.

Thanks for the detailed info mate.
I guess I would prefer doing it online. But still I'm afraid something would happen on my computer lol!
So I gotta download Ubuntu online on my computer?

There are different ways to download. There are programs that can download files. You can go to http://Ubuntu.com/download to download Ubuntu there through your web browser. I'm using Firefox right now.
Bit Torrent
You can download with Bit Torrent, for example, or you can just download Ubuntu the normal way through a web browser. You can choose to download Ubuntu, the ISO file, onto your computer or onto a thumb drive, or to other places.
Firefox
Normally, in Firefox, in web browsers, you can go into the options, the settings, to tell the browser where to download files to, which folders, the location specifically. Regardless, you can download it to your computer but then copy and paste it to another place after downloading it. So, you can download the ISO file of the OS. You can move it around. Move it to an external drive or wherever. And you can try to install it on your computer. But it might be better to download it onto an external hard drive, thumb drive, etc, AKA not on your computer.
OS Installing Program
You may need to download two things total: first, Ubuntu: and second, a program that can install Ubuntu: here is an article that may talk more about how to do that: https://www.techwalla.com/articles/how-to-install-ubuntu-on-a-usb-flash-drive
Universal USB Installer
I've used this program for example. It works on Windows. This program can install Ubuntu, or another OS, onto an external drive:

Oh!
Thanks for the info again!
By the way, you have your own open source or Linux computer?
I was actually looking for a Linux laptop before I bought this Windows laptop. Unfortunately the store said they don't have a linux laptop.
I'm thinking of buying a new linux laptop if I have enough money already.

You're welcome!
I guess your first tag must be NSFW.
