uploading on dtube, the error

i successfully uploaded one video on dtube. was trying to upload the 2nd time. why does it keep giving me the error sign. its just so disappointing. when you are new to the site. and problem arises. its like im better off on youtube.

    Same to me as well. I can't upload my second video
