كشفت تقارير صحفية، أن الاتحاد الإسباني، يسعى للحصول على تنظيم بطولة كأس العالم 2030، وذلك بعد استضافة المونديال، آخر مرة في عام 1982.
وأوضحت إذاعة "كادينا سير"، أن الفكرة جرت مناقشتها اليوم الأربعاء، في اجتماع رسمي مع بيدرو سانشيز، رئيس الحكومة الإسبانية، ولويس روبياليس، رئيس الاتحاد الإسباني، وجياني إنفانتينو، رئيس الفيفا.
وأضافت الإذاعة، أن إسبانيا، حائرة بين تنظيم البطولة بشكل منفرد كدولة واحدة، أو الاشتراك مع المغرب والبرتغال في ملف ثلاثي، مشيرة إلى أن الخيار الثاني يلقى ترحيب الاتحاد الإسباني.
وتابعت "زيارة إنفانتينو، هي الثانية لرئيس الفيفا إلى إسبانيا، في أقل من شهرين، بعد حضوره الجمعية العامة الأولى للاتحاد الإسباني، في 24 يوليو/تموز الماضي".
ونوهت الإذاعة أن إسبانيا نظمت بطولة كأس العالم، مرة وحيدة فقط، وهي نسخة 1982، والتي توج بها منتخب إيطاليا
According to press reports, the Spanish Confederation, seeking to organize the World Cup 2030, after hosting the World Cup, the last time in 1982.
The idea was discussed on Wednesday at an official meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, Luis Rubales of Spain and FIFA president Gianni Infantino.
The radio added that Spain, confused between the organization of the tournament individually as one country, or to participate with Morocco and Portugal in a tripartite file, noting that the second option is welcomed by the Spanish Federation.

The radio noted that Spain organized the World Cup, once only, the 1982 version, which crowned the team of Italy.
