Last week, the Essentia team (Jay Lee, VP Asia and Jung Hoon Han, Business Developer Asia) took part in Asia’s most prominent blockchain conference! Of course, we’re talking about the esteemed Korea Blockchain Week and Beyond Blocks that was held from July 16–20th in Seoul, South Korea.
This was an excellent opportunity to both introduce Essentia on the world stage as well as to spend time with members of our community in South Korea!
In attendance were global leaders from the financial, business and blockchain sectors and hot on the agenda were pressing issues currently facing the cryptospace — scalability, use-cases, and interoperation.
As you all know, these are some of the strengths of our project and we were happy to share Essentia with everyone!
Let’s take a look together at who we had a chance to meet and speak with!
We had the good fortune to meet up with a number of projects that we are currently partnered with (GANA, ORCA, and APIS)!

The Korea Blockchain Week was an outstanding experience! We are honoured to have met so many members of our community, to have spoken with major influencers in the blockchain space and to have gained so many new friends for Essentia.
A lot of interesting partnerships will be emerging as a result of the meetings we’ve had during this week with global leaders and innovative projects!
