對我這種有積蓄，卻買不起香港樓的人，在大灣區買樓的意義，是將來實在住不起港樓的時候，還可以在近香港的地區生活，當然近文化也是主要原因。

    我自己覺得，若不急於買樓，並且知道退休時不是在香港，便可以在這十年時間四處走走。
