eSteem - Feature Set #13 (Voting slider, PIN code)

Its the only app for steemit. It's very handy and easy to use. Today downloaded it and its awesome. :)

The app has so many features that we cannot get on steemit site. Like it give very much accurate values (upto 10 decimal) of all numerical data and that's cool. It also shows the voting power and provides notifications on out about updates in steemit and that's very much helpful.

It provides voting slider also for new users, that's a great feature.

The app is being updated frequently and regularly with new features added, that's amazing!

These new features are super awesome.

@good-karma welldone. A lot of people do not know this especially minnows whose SP is below 500 in steemit who are not privileged to have voting slide.

eSteem is the only way out for now for all the minnows out there crying over inability to adjust their voting strength like others thus are almost always forced to vote at 100% or abstain from voting.

This is the main cause of the decline in voting observed in the whole community because people in this class are more in number.

If only they can read this post and gravitate towards eSteem to correct this anomaly; that will restore upvoting activity back to steemit.

@good-karma, I want to use this opportunity to implore you to hasten the windows version as alot of people feel more comfortable to post from computer than phone.

Ohh, waiting for this! I currently only use Steem on desktop so I'll certainly try it out if you bring a browser version online. Also, is that a drafts feature for posts I see in the gif up there? If so it'll be awesome if I can save post drafts for later! You can save one post now, but sometimes I like to log ideas, and that would be super helpful. ^_^

Do you mean I am a "spammer"? How do I spam if I am just commenting under YOUR spam? I just want to warn people so lets see who gets more upvotes.
I think Nanohash is a scam because there is no real support on their site, they say the telephone number is coming soon, the registrated adress is a small landside in the UK, the server is in russia, there are numerous articles that users had a bad experience, they tell you min payout is 1$ and then they tell you its 20$ and you should mine more...
You just want people to use your affiliate link thats all!

indeed. they said that their datacenters are from russian federation iceland and germany, and so then why is paying out right now? scam is when someone invest and loss they are giving for free 15KH/s for anyone who wants to start a mining bussisnes, and they are paying out, look payout 0.420 BTC in 9 days, its my second day and look there are the double of new total users, im the 4325

As you say you are there since two days and never got a payment!
They dont even tell you what coin you are "mining"
They claim to have paid out whopping 0.42 BTC thats not even 1500 USD haha; 12% interest per day 4500% annualy I mean come on man

I do believe eSteem has great features, but it's still very buggy on my Galaxy S7. Every time I click on a notification on eSteem and then try to navigate in the app, it simply doesn't respond. There is still a lot of bugfixing to be made. At least for the Galaxy S7.

iOS v1.4.6 is coming soon which should improve performance and solves few bugs. We are testing it right now before release... Android 1.4.6 is already out and available, work on 1.4.7 has started :)

Me too! That will help me a lot to post more and to post better. I was using my phone and/or iPad exclusively but boy does that slow me down. Now I am logged into my Windows Desktop with two monitors and a nice mechanical keyboard and it is like night and day. I can't wait to post what I am working on. In the time it took me to write one decent post I already have about ten waiting to be released at the right time and invervals. Release the Kraken!! 🤓

The trending page is now more useful than ever. Now that payouts are daily, the trending page shows the highest valued posts. It will probably be made the default page soon.

Payout Time Sort Order
We added a new payout time sort order that allows you to see which posts are about to be paid out. This should give everyone one last chance to up/down vote a post before payouts become irreversible.

New Downvote Button
Downvote button has been replaced with a flag in the top right corner of each post. This makes it clear that downvotes should be used to flag content for abuse more than to just push someone else down.

Payout Status
You can now inspect a posts payout status by clicking on the pending payout amount. It will tell you when a post is scheduled to payout and how much it has been paid in the past.

It's a little tricky took me a minute to find it myself- you have to navigate to the left tray where you see your profile pic- and tap the little white arrow- then you'll see a whole new set of options that pertain to you and your account- hope that helps!

I suppose you mean reading/reviewing your own comments and replies? You can access your comments and replies from your profile page, open side menu and click on your profile picture to open your profile... check out other feature set posts to learn more about other features...

I've found my app was glitching a bit when switching to posts from notifications and would sometimes completely freeze when I had the pin code on, don't know if it's just me though. I'll try it again with update and see how it rolls.

Thank you very much for the knowledge and information provided. However I have 3 obstacles that I experienced while running the Esteem program.

when i have mengaplod 4 pictures, and want to forward to the next picture I found the obstacle, pas aplodnya already seen 100% screen, the picture failed diaplod.dan new can diaplod again if we save the file first, wait a while, and program esteemnya Opened again, can only diaplod.dan this thing I do not find in google chrome.
I before giving comments usually read the post first, then I also read each post comments other people first, because I also do not want, either ask or give suggestions and comments the same thing done by other steemit friends. The problem is I hard to see comments friends steemit first and must see in google chrome program first, then I can comment.
This is not included in the esteem program. Why the value of an existing vote could drop to 50% until the seventh day.

I apologize for the inconvenience that I have to say. I'm just trying to say what I feel.

Great app so far. Improvements from daily user:

notifications for New feed
when I click on comment notifications I sometimes can't open the comment.
fees option dissappeared. I only can use trending, popular in search mode.

Next bug: no share buttons for external applications like Viber or Discord. They were some days ago but now I can't share any post because I can't get its link to copy it.

It does navigate you to that particular post (click on Join), if you don't have app installed it will offer you to download the app (very convenient to invite friends). After hearing feedback from users like you, we have decided to add back sharing option with next release for Android. For iOS it will already be included with tomorrow's release...

I'm not sure that I share Link in this situation, because I don't see "link", only words like "check my post on Steemit" and my contact list. I think much better would be to give user the opportunity to copy his link and paste it to where he wants.

Using esteem on my desktop makes many things possible, and a LOT of things more simple and straightforward.
It's not that helpful on my iPhone unless I tether good I/O, for the simple reason that the screen-size and touchscreen are extremely unsuited to actual work...
I'd give it a 98, I can really dance to it...

@good-karma welldone. A lot of people do not know this especially minnows whose SP is below 500 in steemit who are not privileged to have voting slide.

This is the main cause of the decline in voting observed in the whole community because people in this class are more in number.

If only they can read this post and gravitate towards eSteem to correct this anomaly; that will restore upvoting activity back to steemit.

@good-karma, I want to use this opportunity to implore you to hasten the windows version as alot of people feel more comfortable to post from computer than phone.
