Material;
-200gr wheat flour triangle
-200gr sugar
-150ml pepsiblue
-the eggs are big and fresh
-1sdt SP
-1 / 2sdt vanilla extract
-1 / 2sdt blue dye

How to make ;
- Mix all ingredients except dye, mixer from start to finish at high speed for 15min
- If the dough is thick, heavy and soft like testure make eskrim means steamed bunu will bloom glow, but if the batter dilute address bantet.
- Give stirring until blended
- Pour in the cup and steam with large flame for 15 minutes
(heated first to steam up a lot, just batter in, close the dandang on a clean cloth wrap)
