Lupis Cake Recipe and How to Make it

Lupis Cake Ingredients:
White glutinous rice 200 grams
Black glutinous rice 200 grams
Water whiting 2 tablespoons
Salt 2 teaspoons
Banana Leaves to wrap
Rope (used for binding)
Sufficient water for the stew
Salt to taste
Kinca Soup ingredients:
Red sugar 200 grams (slicked)
Sugar 50 grams
Water 400 milli liter
Pandan leaves 3 pieces (cut into pieces)
Jackfruit 3 seeds (diced 1/2 centi meter)
Sprinkle Material (Mix together, then steam):
Coconut 1/2 grains (remove the skin, then grate lengthwise)
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
How To Make Lupine Stick Ketan Hitam Hitam Putih:
Lupis Cake: Initial step soak each sticky black and white rice separately for 2 hours, drain. then stir each with 1 tablespoon of water whiting and 1 teaspoon salt until blended. after that steam each rice in the stall until half cooked, remove.
The next step take a banana leaf, make a cut, then put black or white sticky rice steamed into it to the brim. close and wrap triangle shape. tie with a tight rope aga aim leaves not torn when boiled. Do the same steps for all types of materials until all wrapped up.
After that boiled the black and white sticky rice that has been wrapped into a pot of water that has been salted separately until the package is completely submerged. then cook for about 4 hours. when the boiling water runs out, you can add enough hot water. after enough cooked, remove, drain and let cool.
Kinca Kuah: mix the brown sugar, sugar, water and pandan leaves into the pan. then cook until dissolved and thickened. enter jackfruit, stir briefly, pick up.
Presentation: Open a sticky sticky rice cake from the wrapper, place it on a serving plate and sprinkle it with grated coconut and add the gravy.
