Pudding Ice Cream Durian
Material :
400 ml of milk uht
400 ml of water
2 packs of clear agar2 @ 7gr
50 gr of durian fruit meat, puree
125 gr Sugar
160 gr Ice cream powder of durian flavor from pondan
150 ml of ice water
Red dye
How to make :
- Prepare the mold pudding, wet / sprinkle water
- Cook, milk, water, agar2, sugar, and durian fruit flesh, until boiling, remove, remove steam heat
- Beat ice cream powder dng ice water, until fluffy
- Check the liquid agar2 when sdh sdkt thickened, just put it into batter ice cream durian td.
- Mixxer dng low, until all mixed flat
- Pour 3/4 pudding mold, leave 1/2 frozen
- The rest of the dough is red coloring, then pour over it
- Take the stick then, turn the stick on the side of the mold, so it will create a motive on the side of the pudding
- Store in refrigerator, up to set
- Pudding Ice cream durian ready to enjoy
