Cultivation of Papaya Plants

Hello friends all wherever you are. At this time I want to share a story about cultivating papaya. I was visiting my friend's house in the interior of North Aceh. There are many papaya trees that have been fruitful. The fruit is a lot of friends.

This is the first time they cultivate papaya with large quantities. Usually they only plant in small quantities.

Papaya (Carica papaya) is a tropical fruit. This plant is believed to come from the tropics of the Americas. From this place spread to various parts of the world.

Papaya cultivation can be done in the lowlands up to a height of 1000 meters from sea level. But the height of optimal land ranges from 50 to 700 meters above sea level. This plant requires a rainfall of about 1000-2000 mm per year that is evenly distributed throughout the year. In dry seasoned areas papaya trees can still bear fruit with the help of regular watering.

Papaya cultivation can usually be harvested after the age of 9-14 months. Harvest frequency can be done every 10 days. The productivity of papaya cultivation ranges from 20 to 35 tons per hectare. This productivity depends on climatic conditions, varieties and cultivation techniques.

Papaya fruit picked should approach the mature stage of the tree. Characteristic there are yellowing lines on the skin of the fruit. When the harvest will be marketed to a place far away, can be picked earlier.

Papaya fruit contains papain and fiber enzymes that can help overcome stomach problems and indigestion.

Papain content in papaya can kill parasites that interfere with digestive activity in the intestine.

3. Minimize the risk of damaged eyes

If you include people who are constantly staring at the screen, then meet the needs of vitamin A with papaya fruit.

So that the eyes remain healthy and fresh.

4. Ward off free radicals

If the body is exposed to free radicals, then the skin will bear problems such as wrinkles.

For that if you do not want to look old at a young age, be diligent - eat rajinlah papaya fruit.

Because the antioxidant content is able to ward off free radicals.
