BAHAN UTAMA :
- 500 gr Dada Ayam Fillet
- 1 Sdt Garam
- 1 Sdt Merica Bubuk
- 2 Siung Bawang putih, cincang
- 1 Sdt Oregano
- 2 blok MAGGI RASA AYAM
BAHAN PELAPIS :
- 2 Telur, kocok lepas
- 100 gr Tepung panir kasar
- 1 Sdm Peterseli cincang
- 1 Sdm Keju Parmesan
BAHAN SAUS MILANES :
- 100 gr Keju Cheddar, parut
- 50 g DANCOW FULLCREAM
- 100ml Air
- Merica & Garam secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT :
1.Potong fillet ayam hingga tipis, lalu pukul-pukul hingga melebar, taburi dengan garam, merica bubuk, bawang putih, oregano dan MAGGI RASA AYAM. Diamkan selama 20 menit.
Gulingkan potongan ayam diatas tepung panir yang sudah diberi peterseli, lalu celupkan kedalam telur dan gulingkan kembali diatas panir. Taburi dengan keju parmesan tekan-tekan hingga keju menempel. Goreng dalam minyak panas hingga matang, angkat sajikan dengan saus milanes.
Saus milanes: Campur semua bahan dalam panci, aduk rata hingga halus dan lembut.
