Bahan :
2 butir telur
100 gr gula pasir
100 gr tepung terigu
1/2 sdt emulsifier (SP)
100 ml santan kental (me : santan instan)
2 sdm susu kental manis
75 gr keju (parut)
Pasta pandan secukupnya.
Cara :
👉 Siapkan cetakan, oles dengan minyak/carlo.
👉 Isi dengan keju parut bagian dasar cetakannya.
👉 Mixer telur, gula pasir & SP, sampai mengembang kental tak berjejak.
👉 Masukkan terigu secara bertahap, mix kecepatan rendah, matikan mixer.
👉 Masukkan santan kental & susu kental manis, aduk balik dengan spatula.
👉 Beri pasta pandan secukupnya, lalu tuang ke dalam cetakan 3/4 nya saja.
👉 Masukkan ke dalam kukusan yang sudah di panaskan terlebih dahulu, kukus kurang lebih 15 menit, angkat.
👉 Sajikan...
