I am administering some Microsoft licenses when I noticed that the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) website is having some problem with its sign in.
Here's the scenario, you clicked the "Sign In" then it asked you what email you want to use, whether it's a work email or Microsoft account.
You chose Microsoft account, but then it brings you back you to the same window. You tried signing-in again by clicking the sign in button, but the outcome is the same.
You tried to login first in your Microsoft account then you visited VLSC website to sign in, but the outcome is still the same.
Here's what I tried that worked for me, maybe it should work for you too.
Just visit the link below by copying and pasting it to the browser where your Microsoft account is current logged in.
https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/
It should bring you right inside to your VLSC account.
Another problem that I noticed on the VLSC website is that when you try to logout it won't log you out of the website.
Weird isn't it? Considering you are using a website maintained by one of the most admired software company in the world.
Being not able to logout is a disastrous scenario because someone can peek at your computer if you are not around (if you forgot to lock it, of course).
But if you are only accessing your VLSC in your own room or office it's a good problem to have than not able to login.
Apparently, this problem is not in the browser since I have tried it on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Edge (all of them produced the same error when I attempt to login).
This is really good
I thank you
