Ingredients
500 gr of potato, steamed and puree
150 gr maizena
50 gr cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 tsp royco
1 celery stalk, finely sliced
Step
Mix all ingredients, mix well and knead until the dough is in shape.
Here I form a stick, take a little dough .. rada hammer blend and cut with a knife dng same size.
Fry with low heat until golden yellow, remove and drain.
Ready to be served.
