In photography, technically meaning "blur" alias is not clear resulting from the limitations of camera lens where the incoming light into "out of focus" alias is not focused. This word is usually associated with the background of a photo and is not related to the main object.

photographers often use this technique to add value, or the aesthetic value of a photograph. A vague background but can blend into the object will always be pursued by photographers.
