Ada 7 macam tidur:
- Tidur orang lalai, yaitu tidur dalam majelis ilmu /zikir
- Tidur celaka, yaitu tidur ketika sudah waktu shalat
- Tidur laknat, yaitu tidur setelah shubuh
- Tidur siksaan, yaitu tidur setelah fajar
- Tidur Senang/Rehat, yaitu tidur qailulah (tidur sebelum dhuhur)
- Tidur rahmat, yaitu tidur setelah isya
- Tidur rugi, yaitu tidur pada malam jum'at.
Tidur yang paling baik adalah tidur sebelum dhuhur, karena pada waktu itu daya tubuh kira lemah, maka disitu perlu rehat, dan akan sehat.
