Why are there alot of inactive accounts on steemit, are they minnows:My own opinion.

I have observed with dismay as many new-recruits,minnows abandon their steemit account like sailors jumping hurriedly from a sinking ship.

It is sad to see your post with $0:00 after so much effort have been put in to impress your readers,
You become sad and some steemian loose confidence.

Everything being equal, truth be told, every steemians once nurtured the idea of making some bucks from the steemit blockchain even before registration.

To deceive ourselves will be to think that we ruled out making money from steemit, truth be told %85 of steemians including me are anxious and prospecting on the next pending payout .

It will hypocritical for steemians to say am here just to write quality content and interact with others without getting any financial reward .

Let us define Money :

The ability to make money is proportionate to how best you put in positive work.

Money is a problem-solver,even if you are as rich as Jeff Bezos or Bill Gates, every man wants more!!!!! and more!!!!!!!

Two days ago I checked to see how my friends on steemit are faring, and I observed that its been a while they wrote on their blog.

I further checked their last post and it wasn’t a bad article for a beginner, the how much did they make, almost nothing.Icalled to know why they havent been active on the steemit and their response tends toward the fact that they weren’t making money on steemit even with the effort they put in .

Let us Define Effort :

The Oxford dictionary defines an Effort as a vigorous or determined attempt both physically and mentally .

As a matter of fact if everyone has the same brain, then why does our IQ vary?

Since we all have the same brain parts and still have different level of understanding and intelligence it goes to show that everyone is unique in his/her own way .

People from different origins, tribe, religion, level of education, countries, and different school of thoughts come together under one umbrella called steemit this is really very technical in true sense.

Without mincing words I will say we give them something for trying no matter how bad or ugly their post or article is.
The Next Step :

To put steer to rest, the next step will be to encourag every minnow to join a ***steemit training school ***where they can learn to improve on their article and their attendance can be monitored .

I can tell you categorically that we have a lot of idle steemit accounts and I bet you, most of these*** work-shy account*** are minnows .
Let us also put into perspective that the process is one sided and favors mostly steemians with high voting power or SP.

It has become imperative to carry everyone along financially, i am not saying that steem dollars should be share to all minnows but a little push here and there will go a long way to encourage minnows .curation vote is not enough,it will take a substantial amounts of minnows like yourselves to vote your post for you to have an appreciable steemit dollars on your post, or you pray fervently for a whale to pass by and perhaps Show you a token of love,

It is high time we need a think out side the box.
To achieve this we need to do what has never been done before

A weekly stepend should be alotted to every active steemian say at least $7:00

I hope I speak your thoughts.

This innitiative will encourage minnows to keep coming back for more and it will serve as financial motivation.

As with real life, it's often not about what you do and how well you do it; it's about who you know and the forces that back you up.
