This is one of the food characteristic of local or favorite cake among the community, its name is Timphan Pumpkin Yellow. This food is very delicious when combined with a cup of coffee or hot tea in the morning or at night.

The ingredients to make it are...?
Old yellow Pumpkin
Glutinous rice
Shredded coconut
Young banana leaf
Vegetable oil for rubbing so that it is not sticky
And
Granulated sugar
After which it is ready to be steamed or cooked !!
