Hello everyone's!!!
This one insect, actually referred to as the #Kepik Sejati, in Acehnese is called by the name #Kameeng Rideer and also there are other names that are mentioned for her. Then in scientific language it is often dubbed as #Ladybug, but scientists have clarified it into a specific language as mentioned below.
Kingdom | Animalia |
---|---|
Fylum | Arthropoda |
Class | Insect |
Ordo | Coleoptera |
Scientists classify hemiptera as ordo of groups of insects, and what is seen in the post is very well known as ladybugs
Experts say that
Hemiptera consists of 80,000 species of insects such as crickets, aphids, orchids, rotten insects, and several other insects
Of the 800,000 species all have special and certainly different characteristics, such as needle-shaped mouths, different bodies and do not experience perfect metamorphosis like butterflies or the like.
Insects such as ladybugs, although included in 800 thousand species, small insects known as ladybugs are not included in the Hemiptera group, although some experts say it is in the order Hemiptera, but included in the order Coleoptera or lay people say beetle species. This is because of their differences in anatomy and life cycle respectively.
Why is it not from the hemiptera group?
As has been explained above that ladybugs are not included in the hemiptera order, this part of the experts gives the argument that, animals that are classified into the hemiptera order are animals that are considered as predators. While this Kepik actually becomes a green plant predator, even he himself is often made a victim of other predators.
While every predator such as a predator is a free living organism that kills more than one prey of the organism for food in multiplying their population, the predator itself is like,
- Ladybugs don't Kepik Sejati
- Dragonfly
- Cicadas
- and other species that enter the order Hemiptera
Become an enemy of the farmers
This true ladybug always stays quiet in every plant that is often cultivated by farmers such as,
- Hybrid plants
- Bean plant
- Rice plants
- Soybean plants
- Green foliage plants
- and other crops that are used by farmers
Its presence in every crop managed by the farmer is soft soil for these animals, they will eat host plants or leaves and at worst they lay their eggs on plant stems, when the eggs hatch, children will eat plant stems from the inside. Thus making the plants wither, if not handled immediately these plants will die.
As a result of their activities can make plants slow in growth because in general the land is made as a host plant. The location chosen was very strategic, namely on fruitful lands. If we look like their movements are very slow but it happens if we see it but when it doesn't feel watched they will continue to eat every leaf or flower that is growing.
